First of all, I just want to say that I have no experience with a Halo.

My first question is where I can find the serial # for the warranty card? (I bought it used with a blank card)

Second, whenever I turn it on with paint in, it loads the balls into the feedneck, then it pulses about 5 times, then the red light starts to blink. So after about 5 seconds of it sitting idle, it stops working.

Third, where is the eye located in the tube? I looked but wasnt able to see it.

Serial number is located in the battrie compartment. As for the red light check the battires they could be dead.

No, its not the batteries. I just replaced them with fresh ones...twice.

The eyes are located just below the bend of the neck, inserted into holes. Check below the Zip Tie in the pic. Clean the eyes and see if it helps any.

I think the eye is not working. When I turn it on it pushes the paintballs into the feedneck, ok. But then, it wont stop pushing and after about five seconds of it "pulsing" the right and green lights start flashing and the motor stops spinning.

How did you fix it? Im having the same problem with mine. I think it has to do with my no-rise. I tried a friends halo on my gun and it did the same thing.

Im not sure about the no rise...cause I have a low rise. But the problem for me was that the eyes just werent sensing anything due to a crapped out wire. So I just fixed the wire.
