i was just wondering if they will sell the fuse bolt sepretaly or could it even work in a regular matrix?

That's a double negative on that good buddy.
The Fuse bolt can only be found exclusively inside the DM4
The bolt itself is a smaller diameter than the standard matrix bolt (1" compared to 1.25"), so it would not fit within the body.
