What can be said about the Toxic Matrix....?

I have seen a few posts from Dave...but not much info is out yet...seems to me that since they are "in bed" with Gen-e...they would be the first out the gate with a "new" matrix...new bolt kit...new whatever else you can put on a matrix....

I'd like to see what it looks like annoed. The raw body is ugly as sin.

Do they plan on having the milled area anoed different from the rest?

No ACE yet, not until the Gen-E eye's are ready, which will be a while.

The milling is going to be alot sharper on the real guns, as opposed to the rough proto's that we've shown pix from, instead of milling the pattern on into the body our shop is doing something called "EDM" which essentially burns the pattern etc into the metal. This will give us much sharper corners, etc than it would with a machined body.

We're gonna have a ton of different colors etc for our guns, just like we did with the Impulses, the first batch is going to be somethin like this.

Matte Black
Blue with red splash
dark blue with silver splash
green/ black marble
red/ black fade
light/ dark blue fade

The release may or may not be Mardi Gras, if it isn't there it'll be LA PSP.

So far the pattern and the gun will be the same color, we're working with an amazing anodizer so we'll be able to do just about anything, cost is the main factor though, the masked stuff is pretty expensive, but if people were willing to pay an extra price or something that, we'd do it, I guess.

Does Gen supply the ACE for the GZ extreme matrix. I have read that the gz guns didn't break a ball the whole of Mardi Gras. Could you elaborate on that?

The ACE boards that NYX are using are made by another source for them, we had our own ACE system being tested by a couple players in Mardi Gras, both worked very well, when we have any more info I'll let you guys know. It is true though NYX shot roughly 200,000 balls at mardi gras and didn't break a ball. Most of those were shot at around 20 bps too, thier guns are insane rof-wise.

Yeah I want one of those ACEs on my LCD. You guys got my money! Do you have plans for them to be available at your Gen E/ Toxic/ BK Tournament Kiosks? For installation?

its gonna be awhile before they get an ace to work with the lcd. Dave said the new toxics will not have an eye.
