Recently got a used trix. Can someone explain how I should properly take my bolt out for lube/cleaning. I've taken off the rear cap once and looked at the bolt. Looked to me like the dude didn't know what he was doing and he used the Dye lube. I wanted to know where i could find some honey lube? Also the guy i got it from couldn't find his manaul to the gun so this makes it alot harder on me. I'm not too familuar with the gun yet so ill take all the tips I can get.

Not too sure how to clean it but that's where you can get the stuff!

take the rear cap off and push the bolt out from the front to the back. Never pull it out, you will bend it. Use a fluffly or stick squeegee to push it out. Clean all the lube off. Put new lube on and make the bolt look wet, do you slather it on. Make sure the orings are lubed and you should be good to go.

I've managed to get the bolt out properly. Now I don't know how to get the bolt out of its little shell. Another problem I've noticed was I wanted to take off the cover to my eyes and check them out but I dont have the right allen wrench its a very small one smaller than the smallest one the comes with the gun.

I need to know as soon as possible my bolt is still out of my gun...
Thanks - GcB

Nevermind I've figured it out. I still have one more very important question should I replace the all orings when I lube my bolt or should I only replace ones that I think are bad? From looks, I would say this gun has sat for some time so would it be best I go ahead and replace them all?

Thanks again

Replace only the ones that seem worn or that may cause a leak.
Some orings you will hardly never have to replace them.

Ensure the bolt is screwed together. The beercan should be mated with the large end of tophat, and the smaller end of the tophat should be mated with the rear cap.

When I put the bolt back in does it need to be all together/ with the rear cap screwed on also

Yes. The bolt should be completely assembled before installing back into the gun.
