Ok, in a situation like this, you need to give specific details.
1) Battery- Fresh or old?
2) can you hear anything happening when you pull the trigger? (not the switch click)
3) turn the LPR all the way in (clockwise) and then turn it out 5 complete turns. This is stock. You can turn it in a little after you get it working
4)Air. to verify air is getting everywhere it needs to be, first with the marker degassed, push the bolt forward. Use a small allen key or screwdriver through the back cap. The air up the gun. If the bolt gets sucked back into the "resting" position, then air is getting to the marker.
If it's not then check to make sure that the on/off knob just below the barrel is not off.
Then check air-lines to make sure that the gun is not getting starved by some blockage.
Finally, first make sure that your tank is screwed all the way in (if you use a screw in tank) then turn it out about .5 (1/5) turns and see if that helps. Some ASA's have a longer pin than others, and can actually starve the marker if the tank is all the way in.

Start with that and report back. Generally speaking, it usually turns out to be either the battery of the gun's on/off .
